About me

Clarity requires a shift in perspective

Change cannot simply be conjured out of thin air. I have learned that genuine transformation rarely succeeds from a single viewpoint or in a straight line. In my own leadership career, I was often “right in the thick of it” – today, I value my ability to shift from inside to outside and back again as a guiding principle.

I value questioning assumptions and challenging the status quo. As a consultant, I take the liberty to speak up honestly, even when it’s uncomfortable or when there’s usually no space for it.

Since 2012, I have worked independently with companies and leadership teams of various sizes and sectors to shape sustainable transformation and foster modern leadership.

Today, I choose to work exclusively with clients in senior roles – CEOs, managing directors and division heads – who not only have the willingness but also the authority to drive real change. The prerequisites: curiosity, genuine interest in development, and readiness for tough questions.

Examples from practice:

  • PHOENIX CONTACT: As a globally operating, family-owned market leader in electrical and automation technology, I was responsible for the strategic development of the learning and work culture. Working in cross-functional teams, I helped shape the move towards a purpose-driven company. As Senior Director People & Culture, my team and I developed a global employer brand, built a systematic talent management approach, and established forward-thinking learning formats.
  • FIEGE: This international fifth-generation family business is a logistics pioneer. I led the strategic “Right to Good Leadership” initiative, establishing cross-functional dialogue between management and staff. The aim: to jointly develop the leadership culture and embed feedback processes in daily work. The result: new openness to change, carried through to international sites.

„Self-leadership is the foundation on which we develop the capacity to lead and take responsibility for others.“
